Refunds

• You can ask for a refund of the Plus plan or of a credit pack within 7 days of the payment, as long as you have not used any AI credit since that payment.
• Write to support@snakknorsk.app from the email of your account. We reply within a few days.
• Cancelling the plan stops future charges; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Service problems

If the service did not work and AI credits were taken without a usable answer, write to us and we will restore the credits or refund the payment.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider and may take several days. When a refund is made, the related plan period or credits are removed.

This policy does not limit the rights you have by law as a consumer.
